Not to be disrespectful, but I don't think that your request is rational.  When are the current dynamics of a court case ever disclosed to the public?  We already know that it is taking place.  What is he going to do?  Should he say "Well, it looks like the cards are staked against us and today we had a tough day in court.  For you retail investors, you may want to sell your stock."  Or "These guys don't have leg to stand on.  It looks to me that we will win this case after today's presentation of evidence.  Keep you chins up retail investors!"  

 

We are in a serious fight to keep our license.  Intestinal fortitude is required to be  a stock holder right now.
