I'm new to these mining companies, my read.

I don't know what's keeping the share price down.  At .11/share we're at a 13M market cap, what they paid for Alaska property.  We know there is good metal there AND in Utah as well as developed mines and infrastructure in Utah.  Conservatively thinking values 13M, Alaska and also 13M, Utah = 26M or .22/share.  In the range of Enirgi's entry of 20 - 30 cents.

Enirgi essentially just purchased 16,000,000 shares of the company and are 15 - 20% owners.  That's a big investment.  They took the JV off the table and bought a big part of the company.  That tells me one thing, they are investing in the company and something is in the works.  They are a mining company not exploration.  I'm from the midwest and think on terms of winter summer schedules and don't know how that affects mining in Utah but I would think this is the time when mining would start ramping up.  I seem to remember GB saying in some video that to get the Trixie up and running is a matter of a few hundred thousand and they have already been working on that mine.  My thought is that we might be hearing some kind of news (good) in the very near future.

They also have said a PEA is coming for Alaska.  I don't think these are stupid people and releasing good news along with an announcement of beginning of production would not hurt this share price.

I have purchased, averaged down to a low /share price and would like to get in on some of this level but my only hesitation is what everyone says, lack of transparency or guidance.  I think this has very near upside potential but it scares me that they don't put out any information.
