Where does exclusivity with Helm stand?
Where does exclusivity with Helm stand? Anybody know if there are any challenges plling this deal off as a result of Helm having to waive it's exclusivity arrangement - or is Helm the partner. If I am Helm and I have locked up a 10 yr exclusivity and paid licensing on this then it is probably in my best interest to block this and simply buy the patents and technology in bankruptcy or simply hire all the Saskatoon people in a couple months when non-competes expire - it is clear from the layoffs the european partner is a pure play on the techonolgy and not the mgmt and people of BXI
