(Mint) and Carta World Wide (Carta) one of the leading card processing services provider to provide the Middle East and Africa region with the most advance card payment solutions such as ATM, card processing, Issuing and Acquiring services to financial and non-financial institutions. Mint is the majority shareholder (55%) and Manager of the Company. Carta (45%) has spent $25m building the technology which is embedded in this JV Company.
