I will also vote no .In fact the composition of the BOD is probably the source of all evils at ATB..Bouchard from Couche tard is probably the only Board member that coud contribute anything but he is probably too busy running his own company,,,,ALL others except the new director shoud be booted out  IMO.

Board members should be appointed for what they bring to the table not because they are friends with the Chairman or the CEO  .A strong independant Board would not have tolerated the non performance of Fitz for so long.IF a CEO is not performing you dont reduce his renumeration you FIRE him
