It's simple - market HATES debt position and Managment has Broken their remaining pencil thin Trust Factor.

imho - buying with no solid base here you could get lucky, but you can just as easily get creamed. Falling knife still and while it has some value, things can continue to get much worse with this kind of debt overhang.

Still falling even on lesser volumes shows little confidence in this stock. Where she goes, nobody knows. Management needs to do "something" to regain confidence - FAST! Their dilemna is the "something" that will right this ship, is no longer obvious - as others have stated, a divvy cut may no longer be adequate.
