market capitalisation

market capitalisation

Sometimes I wonder how it was possible that the sp of BXI was over two years within a range of 1.5 to 2.5 CAD. I don't have an overview and figure about the extent of dilution (new shares) since mid of 2010, but I assume that BXI was once valued by the stock market to be worth of about 200 Mio CAD (?)

Even in the best case scenario I would not expect to see more than 1 CAD per share within the next two years. We don't need to specuate for the worst case (no JV and no EU marketing authorisation; then we rather see 0.01).

We only can wait and see.....

The low volumen today is amazing. GOOD: no selling despite the bad global markt; BAD: no buying, neither "legal" buying or by insiders in anticipation of the JV.

We should not expect too much. With regards to the stake BXI will get, is there any basis to expect more than the percentage you would usually expect when somebody gets royalties? I know that a JV differs from royalties (e.g. Burcon gets from Clarisoy), but BXI hardly contributes more than its intellectual property - which by nature usually does not get more % in return as usually paid for royalties.

So everything more than 10 % of the JV does not seem very realistic to me.
