But   RPL  has dropped  69  %  in the   last year,  more than  PWT.  And  it looks   like   PWT   unloaded some assets at  a great  premium  for what they can  be bought for now.   RPL    tried to  play  catch  up  with the bigger boys  but  got snake  bit with  an expensive acquisition and then tried to woo   investors with a fat dividend  that  will    have to be cut  now almost immediately.  After that  no one will  touch the stock  and  PWT  might buy the company back  at 50  cents.  This looks like another Compton  Petroleum to me.
