Hey Pickin,

Part of the monthly burn rate for this company is the special 'additive' they put in the water cooler to keep the staff saying , " Yes " to you know who. Same is true for the jug on the table at the board meetings.

You know another special way of looking at this low is that it hasn't been in this price range since the 1990's. Just special.
