This is the same Finance Minister who stated about three months ago that if he could not get Rio and the GOM to re-do the OT agreement, he would resign.  He sounds like a fanatic.  There are quite few studies done by respected international and national economic groups that point up all the economic benefits the spending and construction of OT have brought to Monglia.  And the reports continue to note how much OT will continue to contribute to the Mongolian economy after being commerically opened.

The finance minister sounds like a resource nationalist, fanatic and loony tune

He is best ignored. of possible..
