By the time those things happen a good share of the run up will have already happened.    The market anticipates coming value.    Those that anticipate early reap the rewards.   Those that wait for $95 oil....or the next divy announcement...or production numbers will then find something new to wait for.    The market doesn't pay you to invest after all safety factors have been met....after all questions have been answered...it pays you for anticipating them.
