Yup...I'm sure you're the first one to "call" that one.. Why would a company come in and throw lowball bids for 43.5% of a project? The JV is protected for the short term dysfunction of the markets due to the ownership breakdown of the property. Do you really think the other partners will take $1.00 a share? I'd like to smoke whatever that is you guys have there in Little Cuba.

You're spot on on this "theory" of the area's acquisition proability...I'm just trying to keep up. So do you double down on OLE or TGZ at this point? Conservative thinking says TGZ...but what do I know, I just flip em.
