As I was told, 1st ws Qatar, then they change it to Abo Dabhi as they did mixed up with their wearing cloth getting out of the hotel meeting room. You know those countries wearning same costumes. It could be both any way  who knows but Qtar and Abo Dubahi are not freindley to get together.

They did ask the receptions I believe.
