of course not... if you consolidated all your personal loans you wouldnt have a say in the banks decisions on who to pay back first and when either........but you would still owe some money, it would simplify your interest rates and you would try to move forward RETAINING most of your worldly possessions.....before you filed for personal bankruptcy at a last resort.... the corporate world is MUCH more complicated.  My PERSONAL opinion, which means SQUAT is that  it will go exactly as they say, Baja will be diluted down to ten percent and retain a minimal partnership to simplify the operations for the Koreans unless something more comes out to sway me in the next day, two, week etc....  I definately would NOT say that in complete confidence however, and I definately would not make predictions a day before our next hint on the easter egg hunt  of BAJA paper trails takes to the next stage!  So I will just wait to hear something more and argue with you until i actually know what is going on.....
