banks??  They have been getting a steady stream of cash from KORES, why would they default baja when they are getting thier money back......its far more in thier interest to get Baja on thier feet and keep getting money then Baja filing and the bank paying for it.... geez man, you gonna pay me for some of this knowledge.....
