PEC AGM

PEC AGM

I note I received part of my proxy material today for the 4/22/13 AGM in Calgary, I am in States and find the proxy material is sent out by bulk mail and Canadian stock material often does not arrive at all or arrives to late to vote if it were to make any difference.  Think any significant news will come out of meeting or will it just be a required meeting taking place with little said?
