Firstly...exclusive rights means Argex does not pay a royalty to CTL...which they own 50.1% of and Proortech owns the other share..Out side of quebec they pay a 2% royalty to CTL..in other words they have to pay Proortech 1 %....peanuts...if there is any plant built outside of Quebec.

Secondly...timing is everything...Argex made the deal before Dupont....sucks to be them...in the future!!!!
