I think instead of share dilution, an earn-in deal can be made with a reputable bigger company with cash. In speaking to Adrian a short while ago, he had some interested parties but it mean't giving up a percentage of the properties. Apparently he was shot down by Pat in midstream negotiations. I think this was the last straw. A debenture issued for a share in the property (s) is another possibility.
It isn't a particularly good climate for raising money on the Venture exchange right now and I believe some creativity might be in order. Geez, outta breath. JMO
