The EA process is not about those in favour and those opposed.

 

This is about responsible mining, and putting forward a plan that lies within EA guidelines.

 

Raven will either be able to proceed within EA guidelines and thus receive an EA Certificate, or they will not.

 

Looks like the pause is due to missing information.  Hopefully CEC will be able to provide whatever info is required and then it moves forward from here. 

 

Whether on is opposed or not, it's up to the proponent to prove its case that they can work within specified parameters to ensure the safety of our environment.  If they can, then what's there to oppose?  JMO
