It states that the net present value of proved plus reserves before income tax and discounted @ 10% is 377.1 Million which indicates to me that mgmt. would not entertain an offer of less than 1.50 (fully discounted). I guess that this why I do not play the stock market to any great extent. The company is profitable, production and revenue is increasing nicely and yet the SP is weak. Debt sits at 78M which means approximately 125K is owed on every drilled well (plant expenses included in amt. owed per well) or in my layman terms the company has paid off over 85% of each drilled well. If drilling stopped completely, the revenue from the present wells would pay off this debt in less than a year, two maximum. Personally, I believe a takeover is immenient, however, if not I believe that NVS will develop into a mid cap paying out monthly dividends (1-2 yrs). GLTA the longs as this has been a very "bumpy ride" and I hope we survive the journey whereever it takes us.
