Dubai is one Emirate of Seven Emirates in the United Arab of Emirates (UAE).
The Seven Emirates are:
1 - Abu Dhabi
2 - Dubai
3 - Sharjah
4 - Ajman
5 - Om el Qeuien
6 - Ras Al Khaima
7 - Fujairah
So,the people met they are from Dubai, and they lve in the province/state/Emirates of Abu Dhabi. They could be also some other in the meeting from Qatar, who knows.
So far I can't get any more confirmation about any of what they arrived to of any deal, I believe all is very disecretly negociated between the top guys and no lower level are involved as it was the case in the bigining and as it was with GWY; avoiding any as what happened with GWY every one know the out come. sooner we willfind out when the stock is halt......
