Iknow there is a large orebody in gthe floor of the existing chamber - but it impossible to use explosives withou tcollapsing the chamber. the answer is to open pit the operation.  There is about 800ft of overburden which may   or not contain something of value.I worked there in 1967, and am now a retired Met Tech and have been a troubleshooter for much bigger companies than this one. The only real problem I see is thw questionable          fortitude of the management. The means are there!!
