just wondering if it now makes sense for em to drag their feet on  all of the public consultents work   i m thinking they have a lot of consultents working for months  on several reports but we see nothing but a private report paid for by rose   could they be showing em to companies for jvs or merging or selling  as it is legal to do private reports for this
