Management greed; Just say NO!

Management greed; Just say NO!

So I got my proxy materials to vote my shares for the annual meeting. After NW's reckless gamble in Mongolia with $55M of our dollars they now feel entitled to even more free shares which of course dilutes our interest further. There are three resolutions to increase share grants and option awards. I voted against all of them. Owners should see some profits before management goes back to the trough for more free shares at our expense.

It looks like NW and the gang are more interested in lining their own pockets than provding returns to shareholders. Sadly I believed in NW and I'm stuck with a large underwater posiiton. I am not selling but if/when we recover I will lighten up and try to find a company that actually respects shareholders and has a demonstrated track record of acting in SH interests.

As a protest vote I withheld my BoD vote for NW.
