I wish I could share your anthousiasm. I have seen Mr Mackay few times in videos. He is not a famous conference guy but, at least, he, usually, expresses some kind of confidence.

 

In this last video man: it seems like he met a big bear on his way to the studio. Wow! Mr Mackay was so pale, nervous... The guy is going thoughout a very rough period. No time for a tost yet.
