News came out Apr. 17  on a new law to increase the stability and clarity of the treatment of foreign investors in Mongolia in the future. In particular their investment will be protected from future rule changes. (The Mongolian Mining Summit was taking place in London.) On a down day in N. American markets, TRQ made new 52-wk low (multi-year low) at $5.17.

Today the SP rose by 9%. (2 days late?)  Hope it is the start of a up-trend. There are challenges ahead. Mongolia and Rio Tinto have to resolve their Oyu Tolgoi disputes, hoping before the next election. The new law is expected to pass before July. TRQ is not out of the wood yet.
