Go back and watch the first few minutes of the video.

He clearly states he is reading a script. He clerly states he has to follow it as instructed by his lawyers. 

He is not a Public Speaker. We do not have Tony Robbins as our CEO. he is a quiet man and his strengths are not in public speaking. 

What do you want him to do! laugh giggle? Pop Champangne? He is upset just like all of us. he does not want to make a mistake that could cost us all.

He is ready a script and that is that.
