Let me give you a profile on PBDAC:

Since 1930, PBDAC was established under the name of The Agricultural Credit Bank as the first specialized bank dedicated to grant loans to farmers under the name of the Egyptian Bank for Agricultural lending. 
According to law no. 117 of 1976, PBDAC, providing all theses services, is considered to be the largest specialized credit institution in Egypt. The capital of PBDAC and BDACs (governorate banks) is L.E 1,500,000,000. Meanwhile, the bank is diversifying his services a year after a year as the role of the bank is not only agricultural finance but the package of services includes providing the farmer with new technology to increase and improve his productivity as well as all the banking services required by the different segments of clients either in local currency or foreign currency according to the banking regulations and rules.
