Plus, I doubt MAO was interested in ONLY the 25% interest of Windfall as you state. They most likely wanted to force the buy-back of 75% of the property in the option agreement to obtain 100%. Look at the agreement with Noront and Maudore below:

"Maudore will also be required to pay to Noront, subject to certain conditions, an additional amount in the event that Maudore acquires, directly or indirectly, Eagle Hill's 75% interest in the Windfall Lake Property (the "75% Interest") equal to the difference (if any) between (i) one third of the purchase price paid by Maudore for the 75% Interest and (ii) CAD $10.0 million. The additional payment will be satisfied by the issuance of Maudore common shares."

However, Noront most likely didn't want to go into arbitration and waste time and money on lawyers, only to have an uncertain outcome. So maybe you should do more reading, instead of stating wild guesses. I wasn't talking about just $10 million for just 25% of the property. You have to look at the bigger picture.
