Possibilities.....

Possibilities.....

Could Cliffs Natural Resources (CNR), (formerly Consolidated Thompson) and Dundee be planning to take a larger interest in Energizer and bring it to production?

Together CNR and Dundee with connected private investors hold the 21,666,667 Warrants scheduled to expire on 05/05/2013 and presently have a 14.4% interest in Energizer, based on its present 175.6M shares.

It would require a big push in the stock price before May 5, 2013 to allow the warrants to be exercised and increase the CNR/Dundee interest in Energizer to 23.8% at a cost of $10.8M. On the other hand the present low price may create abandonment and CNR/Dundee may obtain cheap shares.

Energizer with Proven and Probable Reserves and CNR/Dundee having a 23.7% interest should allow Energizer to source the funds and place both a 7500 TPD Vanadium Mine with the potential of producing 34 million pounds of battery grade V205 and a Graphite Mine producing 150,000 tonne annually into production. If prices of both products do as well as many past reports have indicated, sales annual could possibly exceed $1.0B.
