Difficult to say. Financials due soon, but they will only be up until the end of 2012. Since then, Malouf and

company have been doing whatever they wanted to do with Valulink, whoever they are. They should still have

some cash on hand, but who knows for how long. I think Nick said on the paid ad TV that they'd use the $10

million to clean up their balance sheet. I wonder how that's going?
