For 15 years they've been trying to get 'surface rights.'

 

All the while collecting paychecks.......................

 

If they couldn't get the rights over all these years, then what has changed or what will change in the future? These guys aren't keeping the shareholders informed about this subject because NOTHING is happening (for years).
