Ban All Shorting

Ban All Shorting

I think it's about time all shorting was banned on the TSX and TSX-V.  That way, it's simple, if you don't own the shares, you can't sell them and stocks have a chance to realize their true value.  Shorters (mostly naked) brought this stock down yesterday and continue to do so today. Shorting of any kind benefits only the shorters and the brokerages.  If someone "borrows" my shares, what do I get?  No commission.  Persistent bashing and pounding of shares that I bought and actually paid for, until the shares are selling for a fraction of what they are worth.  This talk about shorting being good for the market is nothing but nonsensical propaganda. Shorting is NEVER good for the market.
