Next hurdle is coming, financials due very soon. We'll see if he puts them out on time then there still may be some hope, otherwise this could be belly up and down the same path as so many others, halted and never seen again. Meanwhile some other company swoops up the claims and the cycle is reborn. Oh, and don't forget everyone here loses everything.
