Comments on the private placement:

Raising funds via the debentures met only limited success and has been abandoned
It looks like to pp is sold and all but wrapped up
There will be another 14 million shares out ... bringing us to over 98 million before dilution
The pp participants can sell their shares after 120 days and keep their royalty rights
This equity issue increases resistance in the .11 to .12 area ... it will take a lot of promo to
overcome. The increased revenues will be the meat of the promo.
With the pp participants taking 10% off the top, real profit, if any, from the venture will be critical. The next financials will give us the first clues about bottom line for shareholders.
It will be interesting to learn if any insiders are in on the pp
