I'm sure they have a hole in the ground but the prep work is enormous in terms of being able to have the drifts/stopes (ie. underground infrastructure), handling and processing facilities ready not to mention qualified mining personnel.  For WOF to have sales in late 2013/early 2014 pictures of the mine site (surface) would tell the tale.  As the shareholders are not being told what's left in the bank this is the only real way of showing shareholders that WOF is serious and are deploying funds properly. The last mine I worked in (XStrata) took over 2 years to commission and they have very deep pockets.  Just something to think about.
