They should be in the "private placement of shares to raise operating capital" business....not rig instrumentations.......

Clearly management at both levels ahve failed...yet they kept the sources of their problems after the last firing.

Venier, aside from being a backstabber to the other 2 original partners was a technophobe and a puppet.... Did what Kulzcycki and Nunez told him to.....

I see $0.10 or less in the very near future.....50% should clearly pass the vote now with every investor jumping ship!!!
