To me it looks like someone who is investing someone else's money.  They could easily feed 10k or so shares at a time into the market and not change the price much, but that is absolutely NOT what they're doing.  So, do they just not care what price they get out at, or are they driving the price on purpose?  Maybe they had a lunch date with the secretary, and needed to get out of the office.  When I'm trying to trade, I care about every penny or two.  If I can save myself a hundred bucks, why not?

I'm not at all surprised that the stock is retesting recent lows, but I'm surprised that it was today.  Picked up a few more.  Good luck.  Billfox
