Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Pollution

Pollution

this article is why Prophecy Coal should have the power plant built away from the city and th epopulation that is dying from the old technology power plants that are past their useful life, some 30 to 40 years old.  Plus the 'gers' that are burning raw coal in their stoves, because they cannot get elecrtical power and the government cannot build apartments fast ebough.

https://www.nytimes.com/2013/04/23/world/asia/pollution-is-radically-changing-childhood-in-chinas-cities.html?pagewanted=1&_r=0

sure it talks about China, but this was passed along from the Mongolia Business and Economy News that stated this quote along with the article...about Ulaanbaatar

"10% of all deaths in the city are attributed to the air pollution already. Emphysema is on an alarming rise and is currently untreatable. Health over wealth, I wish the proceeds of the bonds went towards the construction of inexpensive apartment buildings in the ger districts."

COUGH UP the PPA already
