FTQ S 16.5 % stake is probably for sale mainly because of their need for cash as a result of changes in their tax status since the last Federal Budget

Anyway I   dont know the HOW but It is fair to assume   that the number of dissastified shareholders is growing.Necessity is the mother of invention....Change is coming with an activist or otherwise...The recent nomination of a new Director is a first step .We need to keep shaking the tree.....We WILL eventually make money  hopefully sooner than later......
