2012 - $255K as Chairman of the Board plus mega stock awards...

Corey Ruttan Total Compensation

2012 - 1.376 mil

2011 - 1.458 mil

2010 - 3.328 mil

Shareholders - Jan 2011 - $33.47 to Dec. 2012 - $8.22 

and today $5.63 wow - that is performance based compensation. These guys should be hung by the balls .....IMHO
