My feeling is that they knew earlier this week who is getting the order and started buying in slowly before the news comes out. I'm sure it would not get released on Friday. It appears that SP came down this morning and has been held pretty tight. If the decision was made this morning you can bet it will hold or drop due to shorts until the news comes out.... lets hope.. GLTA... just my opinion, no facts to base it on.
