I know it is insignificant but someone finally said I'll buy a few shares. Numbers are small but continuous, company buying back its shares at this price. Looked at two of their holdings, tml has nice insider buying at this price, however I was surprised to see Dundee selling some of their Sabrina at these prices.  That seemed a bit strange. Then again maybe not.
