RE: Ruling

RE: Ruling

I find it very odd that a court proceeding would be halted because the plaintiff cannot produce the evidenciary information required to make a judgement...should it not be thrown out for lack of "grounds"; after all an appl;ication for an easement would imply a certain high level of readiness.  A plaintiff who is unprepared or cannot proove his case is usually not accomodated with more time.  If they applied for an easement, they should have had the EA in place already...not to mention the funding, the clearance from FNs and an actual plan/business case that makes sense...is that too much to ask from the plaintiff, who is claiming that they are not responsible for the delays.

They do not deserve any of the proceeds from the ROF...they have treated it disrespect and contempt...I really hope they end having to give it up because of their incompetence and greed...just MHO

Good luck to all KWG and DDI longs
