If PSN (pos) trades in the U.S. is the management and Board of Directors answerable to U.S. regulators? No

I say this because it was mentioned that PSN is still trading stateside at 3 cents/share. If they are then I would say they are deep in the toilet because those guys will seek justice.

The reason it trades in the US has zero to do with enforcement.  It is up to US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority to decide whether or not to CTO as they only have a Memorandum of Understanding with Alberta.

Im starting to like the way this baby is hanging in at 27 cents. May be a solid bottom developing. Time to buy???  They ceased trading at 27 cent hence no movment.
