100 million ValueLink Shares? I must have missed something. I thought Sonomax stated that ValueLink's participation was being organized to ensure that it wasn't dilutive for the shareholders.
Now I don't know for certain that the chart below which I copied from Agoracom, is correct or not, but it clearly shows that the total O/S shares are now 481+m.
Perhaps that this would have been the plan before the $10million idea collapsed...and the 100m shares weren't provided to ValueLink after all. After all, the Agoracom link is from February so I'm guessing that the Agoracom hub leader must have just forgotten to update this chart.
Anyone have any knowledge on this subject?
If this is indeed fact, someone has some explaining to do.
