I was going to say something because an attendee at the TO meeting specifically asked if Peter (and I think Mark) got a salary. He mentioned that the executive BoD get a salary for running the daily operations (or something like that). At the time I thought it was kind of a weird question assuming that all board members got a salary plus options. And I didn't post a reply because I wasn't sure if this was generally true, or only true in OPEL's case.
I guess Sam P, being an independent director would only have options in compensation.
