Dundee has crossed more than 10 % of the float

Dundee has crossed more than 10 % of the float

Could not post my comments with tables in the same post directly on BB. Had to use word.

In the last few days over 175 million shares have changed hands that is around 19 % of the float in less than a week. Lot of it is crossing by Dundee. Since April 18 Dundee has bought 131.8m & sold 128.3m shares. Most of them were crosses. I would have to go & add those crosses individual in order to come up with the correct figure so I am going to estimate that $125m has been crossed & the difference is buying & selling coming out of different accounts. I have no clue if this crossing is coming from the position of firm or different funds & institutional shareholders. My guess would be all of the above. Because it cannot be one owner, that would put them in above 10 % ownership & major shareholder. I would have to check if they are actually a major shareholder above 10 %.I am guessing all these shares are in just a few accounts.

I do not know what the cost of these shares is for the Dundee shareholders. It could be anywhere from a $1.00 to $4.00. At all time low the chances are they are incurring massive losses. When you are such a large shareholders then it is normal to pay more attention to the company & its activity. There is a chance that they are better informed than ordinary retail shareholders. The halt & news of suspending financing came after close of trading on April but on April 18 Dundee crossed about 48 million shares.  The question is did they or they did not know. There was one more thing that I had noticed. Even before the news Anonymous was selling very hard which was taking down the stock. All this activity before the news was a simple instinct selling / trading ?
