That seems a little optimistic at the moment.  

 

I do find the latest news release strange.   ie PGD to sit on the rock sample they have collected until DeBeers opts in.   To put that out there suggests to me a dysfunctional relationship between PGD and DBR.  The funding ot the bulk sample should have been worked out in private.
