I was not aware that BGM had resubmitted the third updated report to the BCSC yet.

Certainly no news informing shareholders of such.

In your conversation with Investor Relations, was it confirmed that BGM had in fact submitted the third report to the BCSC?.

Before the CTO can be lifted, the BCSC first must have an acceptable report in hand to approve.
